The Ballet Remembers Mrs. Edith Blodgett
The Ballet fondly remembers one of its longtime subscribers and donors, Mrs. Edith Blodgett, who passed away at the age of 95.  Mrs. Blodgett was a wonderful advocate and friend of the Ballet for many years.  Over the last ten years, Mrs. Blodgett sponsored live musical performances for many of our productions, including The Nutcracker, In a Nutshell, and The Tempest.  Her most recent gift to the Company made it possible for us to bring world-renowned violinist Mary Rowell to our stage to perform the musical score to "Red Angels," on her electric violin this past February.  As an audience member, committee member, board member, and donor, Mrs. Blodgett has made a lasting impact on the arts in our community.  She has left a legacy that has created a more vibrant community for us all to enjoy.  Thank you Mrs. Blodgett.
